The Three Things That Changed My Career

Most people teaching sales, LinkedIn, or coaching have done one. Sometimes two. I've built my experience across all three.

First, I learned to lead sales teams by doing the work. I started at Oracle making hundreds of cold calls a day and worked my way up through every role, from Account Executive to leadership positions across Central and Eastern Europe. Later, I led Emerging Markets at Pluralsight and the Learning business at LinkedIn. I've scaled businesses, built teams, and led through growth and pressure.

Second, I understand LinkedIn from the inside. I didn't learn it from courses, but from running the business. I saw what actually drives results, what cuts through noise, and why digital presence has become a real competitive advantage.

Third, I became a certified coach. Because strategy alone isn't enough. Real results come from how leaders think, decide, and grow.

Today, I bring all three together. Because real impact comes from combining execution, positioning, and leadership.

My career's true turning point was when I started working with an executive coach myself. I had limiting beliefs I couldn't see in the mirror. Coaching changed my perspective, helped me develop a growth mindset, and gave me the confidence to say, "This is what I want for my career."

Became a Certified Coach

That transformation led me to become a certified executive coach. I wanted to help other leaders break through the way I did. Now I combine 15 years of sales leadership with proven coaching methodologies to create transformation - not just tactics.
