I started at Oracle making hundreds of cold calls a day. I worked my way up through every role — Account Executive, team lead, regional director — across Central and Eastern Europe. Later I led Europe and Emerging Markets at Pluralsight and the Learning business at LinkedIn MENA. I know what it takes to build a sales team from scratch and keep it running under pressure.
The second thing that shaped me was LinkedIn from the inside. I didn't learn social selling from a course. I ran the business. I saw exactly what drives pipeline, what gets ignored, and why most companies leave enormous opportunity on the table.
The third piece was becoming a certified executive coach. Because I've seen what stops leaders — not lack of strategy, but the beliefs and blind spots they can't see in themselves. I went through that transformation personally, and I now bring it to every engagement.
Today I work with B2B tech companies expanding across Europe and the Gulf. I am the bridge between both markets — someone who understands the culture, the buying behaviour, and the sales motion required on both sides.
