Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. No-show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card (processed by third-party payment processors), PayPal or other agreed payment methods.

5.3 Invoicing
Invoices will be issued for all paid services. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Discovery calls: Free to cancel anytime with notice
- Single sessions: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance; no refund if cancelled less than 48 hours or no-show
- Multi-session programmes: Refund policy specified in the service agreement
- Long-term engagements (3–6 months): 30-day notice required; pro-rata refund for unused services (less setup/onboarding fees)
6.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services if payment is not received, client behaviour is abusive or violates these terms, or we determine the engagement is not a good fit. In such cases, you will receive a pro-rata refund for unused services.
6.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, technical failures, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
